February 12th, done over again.

That first attempt was terrible, it made no sense. I redid that to another one, my previous post, however that one was also terrible. It'd take 14 minutes of deciphering, and the reward wasn't rewarding. So here it is! A second public attempt, and my personal third. I needed to get this one up before midnight. The good news is that tomorrow will feature a quote I find very satisfactory.
